First of all, we are culture and productivity driven, meaning we work together to solve problems and make sales. Second, Sales Reps at Lenmark are commission based with no cap, allowing the work you put in to line your pockets. For some, the idea of commission can be frightening. However, we ensure that you have the proper training and support to succeed from day 1.In the day to day, Sales Reps are responsible for ensuring all inbound calls, emails, walk-in traffic & leads are answered and followed up in the timely fashion. Sales Reps main focus is to manage leads and close deals while guiding customers along the sales funnel. Successful Sales Reps will have a strong motivation and self start attitude to gain new leads as well as retaining diligence with inbound leads to build business up.Previous sales experience is not required but an asset. If you are someone who is eager to learn, grow and contribute at a high level we are willing to train you.Sales Duties: – Initiate, follow-up & close sales deals. Provide exceptional customer service. Maintain our strong brand in the industryCRM Duties: – Prepare & detail leads, estimates & deals in our CRM.The ideal candidate would:
