Job Description

Inclusion Langley Society is looking to hire a Full-Time / Permanent Aboriginal Infant and Supported Child Development Program Supervisor to join our Child Development Services team.If you are looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, we would love to hear from you!About Inclusion Langley SocietyInclusion Langley Society is one of the largest non-profit community organizations in Langley, providing a range of supports to over 1400 children, youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1959.What You Will Do

  • Supervision of program team members, practicum students and volunteers.
  • Program Development.
  • Family Development.
  • Child Development.
  • Community Development.
  • Skilled in communication and use of technology.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to the provision of service to infants, children, and youth.
  • Current ECE License to Practice, ECE Special Needs License, ECE Infant License.
  • Valid Emergency First Aid Certification with CPR.
  • Class 5 Driver’s License.
  • Three years recent, related experience including one year of Supervisory experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in Indigenous cultural practices and protocols is preferred
  • Ability to meet all other conditions of employment (e.g.: Proof of COVID Vaccination, Criminal Record Search, Certificate of Good Health, Food Safe Certificate, etc.).
  • Use of personal vehicle may be required.
