Industrial Operations ManagerSOUTHLAND is currently seeking an independent, service-oriented leader to join our team in the newly created role of Industrial Operations Manager near Lanigan. Reporting to the Saskatchewan Operations Manager, this role is key in developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and staff. This position is accountable for all industrial operations in the province.To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who can both identify areas for improvement and also implement change, will provide excellent customer service and offer solutions to our clients, and be skillful at building genuine relationships with both staff and customers to create a positive working environment. The shift schedule for this position is 14 days on / 7 days off, staying in camp.
