DS Canada Painting is searching for a lead painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess countless years of experience, tons of before & after pics for reference & his/her own basic/personal tools.Good customer service is a must as our company is customer experience-based, not production-based. YOU MUST TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK!We specialize in interior repaints, new build, exterior, and commercial jobs.You have the opportunity to join and grow with our team, with growth potential on the horizon.Some of the tasks will consist of but not be limited to are:- Proper Prep Work( Thorough inspection of surfaces for imperfections, with necessary patching to follow )- Cutting-In ( By Hand )- Sanding of patches + Pole Sanding- Climbing ladders- Taping/ Caulking- Cleaning of tools; daily- set up and clean up of workplace; daily, unless unoccupied.- Roll, spray- Vaulted ceilingsand other tasks that are associated with a professional paint job.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, CasualPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $30.00-$35.00 per hourAdditional pay:
