Job Description

What you will doWe have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team as we are actively recruiting for a CMM Operator responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Department in setting up part fixtures and inspecting finished parts as per customer requirements.   • Create CMM Programs from CAD files or part prints
  • Inspect parts using CMM or other gauges as required
  • Set up work fixtures to engineering nominal dimensions using fixed type or portableCMM equipment
  • Collect SPC data, create charts and perform calculations as required
  • Participate and assist in GR amp;R studies as required
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks in the Quality Department as assigned by theQuality Supervisor
What you need to succeed:
  • Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma, or Quality Department (CMM) experience
  • Good computer skills in business application programs (MS Word, Excel, or similar)
