Description du posteYou will participate in the management of your store #39;s operations:- Establish a customer-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of customer experience.- Ensure that sales targets are met in order to meet company objectives.- Ensure understanding of and compliance with company policies and procedures.- Performs all financial activities effectively and in accordance with company standards, including handling and reporting of cash and merchandise.- Verify hours worked and payroll used, ensuring accuracy and timely and correct entry.- Communicate performance, company strategy, and relevant business activities to the team.- Ensure that opening and closing tasks are performed correctly.- Process purchases, exchanges, and returns of merchandise at the POS (point of sale).- Ensure that all inbound and outbound deliveries are processed correctly.- Ensure that all returns and damages are handled in accordance with company policies.- Protect your store funds and assets by complying with and enforcing all loss prevention policies, procedures and controls, in addition to reporting any concerns or incidents to the Store Manager.- Prepare and execute physical inventories, ensuring that all guidelines are followed accurately.- Maintain regular and timely communication with the management team regarding any aspect of your store.- Maintain safety requirements to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.- Support any in-store events so that they lead to the achievement of goals.- Performs any other relevant duties as required.You will participate in the maintenance of the visual presentation of your store:- Maintain all standards of visual merchandise presentation, guidelines, promotions, and general cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and backroom.- Ensures that the visual presentation of merchandise is in accordance with company standards and guidelines.- Execute and update the store layout according to the planograms.- Ensure that the sales floor is always adequately stocked with properly displayed items.You will participate in the management and development of your team:- Supervise team members by creating a positive and harmonious work environment and promoting cooperation within the team.- Actively participate in recruiting; identify, interview, and hire talent.- Ensure the successful integration of new recruits.- Motivate your team to achieve and maintain high levels of performance and quality through training, coaching, and frequent feedback.- Ensure all team members complete training requirements as per company guidelines.- Evaluate team performance, identify and develop talent.- Communicate any concerns or issues of team members to the Store Manager.
