Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the entire software stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.How will you support the team

  • Participate in multiple phases of projects, including requirements gathering, software design, development and testing.
  • Oversee the execution of development tasks.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.
  • Build and maintain both client-side and server-side components.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions which meet standards set by client teams.
  • Successfully implement new products and solutions to all channels (on-time deliveries; on-budget projects; business case benefits realized).
  • Resolve production issues identified with solutions supported by the development team.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance and security.
  • Ensure the robustness and reliability of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
  • Mentor Developers, share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
  • Lead code reviews, ensuring best practices and standards are met.
