Job Description

Job DescriptionThe Retail Space Interior Designer is responsible for bringing our retail spaces to life through innovative and brand-aligned design concepts. As a key member of the store design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping immersive customer experiences, translating brand identity into compelling physical environments.How will you support the team

  • Develops creative retail store designs that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, functionality, and customer experience goals.
  • Collaborates with the Store Design Concept Manager to conceptualize and execute store layouts, fixtures, and visual elements.
  • Creates detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Construction, to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Assists in maintaining brand consistency across all retail locations through design guidelines and specifications.
  • Sources and recommends all design elements, collaborating with the Senior PM for tender and purchase decisions.
  • Collaborates with Visual Presentation teams to integrate merchandising displays seamlessly into the overall store design.
  • Stays informed about design trends and innovations to propose fresh ideas for store environments.
  • Supports prototype development and provides recommendations for aesthetic updates.
  • Coordinates with external consultants on technical specifications and design intent.
