We innovate using the latest remote multi-technology platforms to push the limits on performance.Partner with the bestAs a Field Specialist Supervisor - LWD (Logging While Drilling) you will be responsible for providing LWD solutions at well sites. You will work under general supervision, collaborating closely with the Directional Drilling team. Utilizing computers, youll perform site surveys, monitor surface and formation evaluation services for wells during the drilling process.As a Field Supervisor LWD, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the monitoring of the operational status of field equipment at well sites to ensure reliability and availability
• Analyzing and interpreting system information and data to provide effective resolution to complex problems at wellsites
• Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at wellsite to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
• Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Leading, developing and providing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a 2 year technical college degree and significant experience as a Field Specialist
• Have experience gained in an energy, oil and gas environment or industrial (or similar)
• Demonstrate a good technical and mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
• Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate networking and computer skills and be familiar with MS Office
• Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
• Be a strong team player with ability to work independently
• Be able to adapt to working in challenging working conditions/environments
