Job Description

Pool, Handyman, Laundry, General Cleaner AttendantStars Inn is looking for a Pool, Handyman, Laundry, General Cleaner Attendant responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance and upkeep of our hotel pool area as well as the hotel property itself. This person should be able to work in any area as required by their manager to ensure maximum productivity, cleanliness and preventative maintenance standards are consistently upheld. Some experience in the cleaning,hotel industry is preferred but will train. We are open to students, seniors and position can be part time or full time.JOB DUTIES:

  • Inspect public areas for cleanliness and defects and resolve defects as necessary
  • Ensures the proper storage, handling and security of hotel equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in pool, general cleaning, laundry departments when needed.
  • Get involve in the preventative maintenance program of the hotel-there will be training involved in this.
  • Ensure a safe environment for guest and employees.
Job Type / CategoryIt is a hotel position that requires professionalism, good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be reliable, punctual and flexible ie able to work weekends and public holidays.Salary Range: $15 to $ 17Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: $15.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
