We provide a high level of service to ensure the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of our innovative equipment.Partner with the bestAs a Wireline Field Operator, under direct supervision receives and follows specific detailed instructions. Carries out all required responsibilities safely as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals. Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Partner with the bestAs a Field Supervisor (Wireline), you will be responsible for:Thorough mechanical and application proficiency in one or more product lines.May be competent in medium to high risk applications in other product groups.SME for the High Temp RPM Pulse Neutron tool used in only in CanadaProvide ongoing Cased Hole support in the fieldCompetency Management Program (CMP) assessor for our Cased Hole Field rolesAbility to work well and communicate well with others.Preparing for jobs and performing tool maintenance, pre-job and post- job tool checkout at the workshop and at the wellsiteSupervise and assist in the preparation of the unit and calibration of equipmentSupervise Operators during the service of mechanical devices, building logging cable heads, perforating cable heads and general tool and equipment maintenanceJob load out, safe and efficient wellsite job executionPromoting a team environment while providing wireline services in the shop and at the well siteWorking with Customer Representative to promote good customer relationsMaintain wellsite records, communications, completing job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned collateral dutiesProviding general supervision and training to team members while maintaining a high level of safety and awareness at the well siteEnsuring compliance with all regulations applicable to Wireline service operationsDriving company vehicles in a safe manner while observing Company and government regulationsPerforming other duties as assignedMaximize safety standards and awareness as per Baker Hughes policiesMaximize operating efficiencyCare for Baker Hughes assetsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will have:Two year technical college degree and significant experience as a Field Specialist.8+ years of Wireline experience.Good mechanical aptitude.Must have class 5 or higher drive license in Canada (Class 3+ an Asset)Successfully Completed Field Engineer training with Baker HughesWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
