Job Description

Wage: $ 25.00 - $ 31.00Every day the team at Aspen Custom Trailers takes on some of the biggest heavy haul design and manufacturing challenges in North America.   • Spray epoxy top coat to an industrial finish, 100% Solids Epoxies & Polyureas
  • Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless, Plural Component XM, Reactors, etc) as well as HVLP guns and pressure pots
  • Knowledge and ability to execute specific surface prep requirements
  • Read and understand work orders
  • Ensure and document that all coating is completed accurately and meets customer specs
  • 100% participation in all aspects of workplace safety including toolbox talks and proper use of workplace PPE
  • Actively adhere to company safety procedures and policies
  • Perform other duties as required, including effective general clean-up and the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience Industrial Painting
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and ability to keep yourself busy
Working Conditions
  • 99% working indoors in a temperature controlled well maintained facility.
Physical Requirements
  • Physically fit with maximum 50 lbs (overhead crane use over 50 lbs - fitness test required)
  • Standing on your feet for a long period of time.
  • Sitting, bending, crouching.
  • The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
Shift Availability
  • Days (Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.)
  • Afternoons (Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m.-2:30 a.m.)
  • Overtime available, ability to work longer hours when needed
