Job Description

Company descriptionDays with Gray is a trendy boutique in Leduc, AB offering all things sassy!Job descriptionSales Lead Job Tasks:

  • Boutique hours are Tuesday-Saturday; some Sundays in December will be required in preparation for Christmas
  • Facilitate and create an exceptional customer service experience to Boutique visitors
  • Assist DWG customers with local in store pickup
  • Maintain an organized and clean Boutique, including nightly cleaning duties
  • Restock the Boutique
  • Organize and track inventory with barcode placement and scanning
  • Communicate necessary products for re-ordering
Required Skills and Experience as the successful candidate in this position:
  • You understand and agree to work with the same VALUES upheld by DWG
  • Strong understanding of technology, POS, Word, iPad, computer etc.
  • Work well under pressure
  • Work well in a group setting
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a sales environment working with sales targets and KPI’s
  • Leadership experience is an asset
  • Preference will be given to individuals with management experience in retail
  • Two related professional references - please bring at time of interview
