We are looking for a maintenance person to work at two of our hotel and motel properties on a part-time/full-time basis. The job would require general upkeep and maintenance at both properties that can include anything from fixing, painting, repairing, sweeping, cleaning, a variety of things (locks, doors, switches, walls, machines, equipment, lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc) plus other tasks around the two properties. Starting at $18/hr dependent upon capabilities and experience.
