Job Description

Requirements:· Business Administrative Diploma is an asset.· Quickbooks knowledge is an asset· Accurate, organized, hardworking, reliable, independent self-starter, detail orientated.· Microsoft Office proficiency required· The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines· Must be a team player who is flexible and adaptableDescription· Organize files and documents on company assets· Back up for the administrative team, assist sales team and management· Work with various departments to ensure work is completed efficiently· Respond to vendors and customers· Purchasing equipment, supplies, and products· Receiving guest· Organize and maintain office common areas· Maintaining office equipment as needed· Accounts Payables· Perform other duties as assignedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
