The Sales Representative will spend the majority of their time pursuing new opportunities and introducing KBL’s services to new potential clients.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and target markets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders through regular communication and follow-up
  • Presenting our services and solutions to prospective clients in a professional and effective manner
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients, ensuring that their needs and requirements are met
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client contact information, sales activities, and deal status
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Providing regular reports to management on sales activities, results, and market trends
  • Staying informed about industry news, trends, and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements to sales processes and strategies
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the remediation, reclamation and demolition industry
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and its products and services
  • Adept at working with little supervision, problem solving and adapting to change;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to interact with various types of stakeholders, and first nations;
  • Strong computer and data entry knowledge and experience
  • Work well with teammates
  • Required to be able to travel out of province and meet COVID-19 restrictions
Physical Requirements:At times, it may be required to endure standing for long periods of time, lifting objects up to 50 lbs., performing repetitive motions, or completing physically demanding tasks during project field work.Working Environment:Work is primarily carried out indoors, but project work in the field will be required from time to time. Therefore, there can be exposure to extreme weather along with exposure to dust, noise, mud, water, smoke, and bacteria.Travel is required.What KBL offer’s the right candidate
