After successfully completing the Definition Phase Study for the project, the HBJV is currently carrying out the Detailed Engineering Phase for the Processing, Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) and Mining Areas of the 4.5 Mtpa Stage 1 Potash Mine. With a published TIC of US $5.3-5.7 Billion this will represent one of the largest projects and private investments in Canada. The HBJV will use a hybrid of best-in-class new developing technologies and systems as well as the proven HBJV suite of tools to execute this exciting project.The HSE Administrator is responsible for monitoring the safe implementation of Team Jansen’s HSE Plan, subcontractor performance, assisting in HSE orientations, training, promotion, inspections, and auditing subcontractor activities on incident/accidents investigations. The accurate maintenance of all related records and documentation for tracking, analyzing, and planning HSE requirements.

  • Please note this position is not eligible for a relocation subsidy or living out allowance. This will be a camp position on a 14 day on 7 days off rotation or 5 day on 2 days off.
In this full-time permanent role, you will be a champion of diversity & inclusion.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support HSE Manager and Team with administrative duties including record and data keeping, both electronically and hard copy
  • Support all Team Jansen members with HSE data and information
  • Liaise with HSE teams to capture the data from all HSE engagement
  • Maintain compliance with and manage risks related to applicable HSE Our Requirements through appropriate documentation governance
  • Develop input methods in Microsoft power apps or Microsoft forms to store HSE data in common data environment
  • Record details, findings and corrective actions form field HSE engagement
  • Prepare, update, findings, and corrective actions from field HSE engagement
  • Ensure statistics are complete, up-to-date, and accurate
  • Prepare and distribute other statistical summaries and other reports as required
  • Update and file all Project HSE records
  • Prepare, update, and maintain logs of HSE document submittals and review comments, both from IPT to Contractors, and from Contractors to Jansen Team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by HSE Manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and data management, preferably in HSE administration
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, PowerBis, Document control software, and other data management software as required
  • Experience in managing multitask and multiple priorities within time frames
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Good organization skills
  • Ability to establish collaborative and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
