Job Description

We are currently hiring for a part-time adminisative assistant to work 2 to 3 days a week to assist with the general manager.Dutites:

  • Maintain website bases and continuously update site for upcoming events
  • Sorting and distributing incoming emails and phone calls
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages, and notifying/directing to the appropriate department
  • Enuring all confidential documents and proprietary information is handled and filed in an apporved manner
  • Typing out reports, spreadsheets, letters, and other documents
  • Assist general manager with catering clients and bookings, organize dates, and confirming with both general manager and client of booking
  • Support the general manager in projects
  • Maintain a well organized filing system and work space
Job Requirments
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in position or related
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and Outlook
  • Experience with web design is an assest
  • Quick learner
  • Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Work well in as a team and independently
  • Great time management skill
  • Attention to details
  • Able to work flexible hours if needed
