Your Opportunity:This Administrative Support III - Registration position will be working under the general supervision and guidance of the Team Lead, RSPI, and Manager, Registration, Switchboard, Patient Information (RSPI). This position performs a variety of administrative duties related to interviewing patients/parents in providing accurate and timely registration services for the hospital. Confident to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication skills. Skilled at paying close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional image, manage stressful situations with empathy and to remain calm, courteous, sensitive and tactful at all times. Able to prioritize work and cope with frequent interruptions. Must be able to work all shifts based on operational needs.
