Your Opportunity:The Administrative Support IV is a key role that provides support to the Chinook Primary Care Network (CPCN) Central Office Team, member clinics, and various stakeholders. We are seeking a self-directed office coordinator who is capable of working with minimal supervision to manage day-to-day office activities. Using your organizational skills, you excel at taking board meeting minutes and assembling agenda packages. An integral part of our administrative team, you provide general reception duties, are able to maintain contact lists, support our Finance team, manage credit card reconciliations, order supplies, and prepare payment notices. We are looking for an incredible self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the rewarding yet challenging task of event planning, including setting up venues while prioritizing competing demands. This position provides direct support to the CPCN Board, Finance & Audit Committee, Executive Committee and their sub-committees as required by preparing meeting packages, meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up action items from the meetings. Some evening work may be required on occasion. You will organize meetings and coordinate calendars with multiple stakeholders including making travel arrangements and assisting with expense claim preparation and processing. You will be required to assist and participate in the coordination of event planning, team development and team meetings. You will support the hiring processes for CPCN management when posting positions and coordinate new staff orientation. Utilizing your superior administrative skills, you will organize onboarding and offboarding of employees and Physicians, including preparing the required paperwork. Another vital responsibility of this position is acting as timekeeper and completing bi-weekly timekeeping duties in e-People.Description:As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
