Job Description

South Country Co-op is currently seeking a customer focused, action oriented Agro File Maintenance Clerk to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis located at our Broxburn Agro Centre location.Who we areCo-op does business differently.   • Ensuring the overall accuracy and maintenance of the store price file; inventory maintenance and margin reconciling
  • Data entering / receiving products into system (Tronia)
  • Processing invoices and transfers
  • Undertaking reporting and reconciling of margins
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Resolve internal and external invoicing and receiving concerns within established guidelines and in consultation with the Agro Manager
Who you are:To be successful you will have:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Tronia and CRS Mainframe knowledge (preferred, however not essential)
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and good math skills are essential for this position
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform job functions: some heavy lifting required; crouching; squatting occasionally
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

Working Conditions
  • On-call as required
  • Some lifting required, up to 25 pounds
  • Some crouching, reaching, and bending
  • Occasional squatting and stooping
  • Variety of days and shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
