Job Description

Bissett Cleaning is searching for attention based multi-faceted cleaners to assist in the operations of our organization. Must be trustworthy, dependable, responsible, and always up for a challenge.Casual: 30-44 hoursSchedule: The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6 p.m.-12/2 am. with rotational weekendsSalary: $18/hr during probabtion/training. Re-evaluation at 3 months.Personal Characteristics:

  • Must be able to work on your own and have an eye for detail.
  • Always up for a challenge and desire to fully complete a task the first time around.
  • Outgoing, eager to please, show initiative, problem solver, sense of ownership.
  • Flexible, client focus, dependable, reliable.
Qualifications:
  • Cell Phone w/ Data.
  • Reliable Work Vehicle.
  • Bondable.
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience.
  • Fully Vaccinated
  • Valid Drivers License
  • 18+
  • Minimum 1 years experince as an evening cleaner
Scope of Work:
  • Working with 2 other assistants in specific tasks
  • Employee substitutions for the shift as occasions arrise
  • Location inspections for fulfillment of service agreement (Quality Control)
  • Transporting required cleaning products/equipment to/from cleaning locale.
  • Completing cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in and Promote other divisions, ie, housekeeping, window cleaning, floor refinishing.
  • Some administrative duties
  • Assist in deeper cleanings (ie First-Time/One-Time Cleanings).
