Position Summary: The Campus Leader (CL) shall serve as the key leader for the Lethbridge Fresh Life Network Site. The overall goal is to facilitate the Fresh Life Mission and provide on-site execution with a strong emphasis on development of kids and youth programs.Approx. Time per Week: 20-25 Hours (estimate with growth potential). Sundays, some evenings (youth & small group) and office hours. Hours may be flexible depending on events and activities.Primary Responsibilities: Oversee weekend services. The CL is the person who people connect with the local church. Host has a public role in most services. As a guide and not a pastor, hosting is a key role. Administrative duties including but not limited to, managing church email & phone, social media, and scheduling volunteers Give priority to connecting, reaching, and enfolding lost people. Insuring opportunities for connection at every service. Be a strong supporter for all teams and ministries. Including the development of kids and youth programs on the Campus. Work alongside the paid staff and volunteers of the campus. With the understanding that Leadership authority flows through the Leadership team and influence flows through the Campus Leader. Execute First Impressions Execute and/or assist in executing studies and events Responsible for building an effective network of small groups. Encourage and build up small group leaders.
