Job Title Caretaker II (Part-time)Position DetailsThe Caretaking Department requires the services of a part-time Caretaker II to start work in November 2022. Reporting to the Manager, Caretaking Services, this position is responsible for janitorial work (i.e. floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and general cleaning); assisting with the completion of minor maintenance projects, operating cleaning equipment (i.e. polishers, autoscrubbers, burnishers, and other cleaning equipment); adhering to standard operating procedures and safe work practices. Working 18.75 hours per week minimum.SALARY RANGE:$1525.50 – 1814.50 per monthHOURS OF WORK:shift workNOTE:The final candidate will be required to undergo background checks including a Criminal Reference Check and a Driver’s Abstract Check. All applicants must supply a minimum of 3 work related references.Position QualificationsThe successful candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 12 months of related work experience. In addition, the candidate will possess a valid class 5 driver’s license and be able to show an acceptable driving record.
