Job Description

We are looking for a talented Assistant Catering Manager to help lead our Banquet department. If you are interested in event planning, increasing sales and a chance to grow your career this is the role for you!As a Assistant Catering Manager you have the opportunity to develop and mentor your own team, set specific financial targets for your location and be a brand ambassador in your community. You will work one on one with clients to build their event, while ensuring your team provides flawless execution.Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control the Banquet Operations at an excellent level while maintaining and abiding by all standards, policies and/or procedures set forth by our company
  • Providing leadership, training, and mentorship for our banquet team
  • Identifying skill and leadership potential in your crew and developing those exceptional individuals into management roles within our company
  • Banquet event execution and managing quality assurance
  • Managing clients and customer service, including event quotes, and accounts management
  • Banquet Inventory planning and labor control
  • Attending weekly BEO meetings with the Chef to ensure culinary excellence

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract
  • Weekend availability
