Job Description

Overhead Door Company is searching for a candidate with a proven customer service record. While a long history of scheduling and order management is not necessary, understanding the demands of a customer service role is beneficial.If you are looking for a career with a well established company come join our team.Customer Service RepresentativeRequirements

  • Energetic, upbeat person who enjoys dealing with the public
  • Organized individual
  • Comfortable with using computers
  • Enjoys fast paced environment
  • Secondary Education preferred but not required.
Job Description
  • Assist walk-in customers at the service counter
  • Assisting phone-in customers with their service needs
  • Manager labour calendar appropriately and send out schedules to technicians
  • Confirm all service/installation events with customers prior to work being performed and collect any outstanding balances.
  • Make follow up calls to customers regarding their service experience.
  • Order product for customer jobs
  • Writing up work orders
