Job Description

TitleFood & Beverage SupervisorReports ToFood & Beverage ManagerSummaryThe Food & Beverage Supervisor assists the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction. This position will assist in overseeing the overall Food and Beverage operations at the casino and will work directly with staff in the department to provide support to operations. Job Duties
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction
  • Assist with scheduling staff and preparing payroll
  • Assist with managing inventory and cost control
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a quick and effective manner
  • Ensure policies and standards are adhered to
  • Supervise staff while building morale and fostering an environment of cooperation and efficiency
  • Assist in employee performance reviews, evaluations, and discipline when required
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
  • 1-2 years experience working in Food and Beverage operations
  • Ability to maintain a security clearance
  • Valid AGLC Proserve and Reelfacts certifications
  • Previous experience with Point of Sales systems and computer functions
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn
Work Conditions
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
