Your Opportunity:This position is responsible and accountable for providing the direction, leadership and organization the physician administrative staff within Medical Affairs South Zone. , it is the front line supervisory role accountable for the hiring, orientating, scheduling, performance management and education of staff. Under the direction of the Director, Medical Affairs the Manager of Administrative services plans for and provides independent human resource management of support staff at two South Zone Medical Affairs sites (Lethbridge and Medicine Hat), and collaborates with the Zone Medical Director in staff planning for Medical Affairs South Zone services. The Manager, South Zone Medical Affairs administers and coordinates activities directly related to physician engagement, recruitment and the privileging and credentialing processes. This position will oversee processes related to provisioning and readying physicians throughout the South Zone.
