Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring on behalf of our client, a leading architectural supplier within Lethbridge. We are looking for several production workers to join the team.Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  • Be reliable, motivated, organized, and be able to work in a dynamic fast-paced, team-driven environment.
  • Intrinsically motivated - drive comes from within.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Working with power tools and machinery.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to comfortably lift up to 50lbs or more, consistently for 8 hours.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must have a commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Should have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Experience in the use of hand tools.
  • Able to work any shift (there are 3 options).
  • Must possess good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to understand and follow oral and written procedures.
  • Must be responsible and reliable individual.
