It is the responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to meet the needs of customers and their pets through honest advice and optimal solo shopping experience (Clean & maintained shelves, product in-stock, etc.).Structure & ScheduleCustomer Service Reps work as a team with Leaders & Receiver to serve Customers & ensure sufficient and presentable stock on shelves. Each Customer Service Rep will have Shared Responsibilities and given their own section to manage to provide proper attention to detail for the whole store.Customer Service Reps are scheduled on a 4on – 2off rotation working full-time hours of 40 hours/week. The purpose of the 4on-2off rotation is providing consistency and equal distribution of weekends. For the 4 work days, Customer Service Reps will have 2-morning shifts and 2 evening shifts.Responsibilities and DutiesCustomer Service Representatives are responsible for these 5 areas of store functions in order of Priority with objectives:Customer Service
