Supervisors need to maintain a clean, and orderly presentation of camp and operations at all times. Supervisors are required to provide constant and supportive supervision guidance for staff for the participants and assist with any questions and situations that may arise. Specifically, Supervisors needs to maintain a safe and predictable environment for all of camp, be clear about the program schedule, provide the final judgement call on disciplinary situations, and ensure all staff and participants understand their roles and responsibilities in camp.
