Technical Service Representative – Sure Flame ProductsSure Flame Products (www.sureflame.ca) is seeking a Technical Service Representative. The Technical Service Representative works closely with the Director of Sure Flame Sales & Marketing and the Sure Flame Engineering team to provide a superior Sure Flame customer experience.Sure Flame Products has been manufacturing construction heating equipment, fans, and blowers in Lethbridge since 1957. We are an industry leader in combustion theory and design with multiple patents on our exclusive heater technology. Our well-known products are sold across North America through a large dealer network. Sure Flame has an aggressive growth strategy and needs a talented, energetic professional to join our team.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Providing exceptional customer service and support· Troubleshooting heater problems with dealers and customers – primarily over the phone· Working with the engineering team to improve current products and develop new products· Assisting customers in locating required parts, solving problems, and providing pricing· Updating product manuals and customer support documents· Assisting the engineering team with technical training for Sure Flame dealers· Assisting the Director of Sales with selling whole goods and parts as needed· Attending and assisting with tradeshows as required.· Communicating suggestions for improvement and participating with implementation.Essential Skills: · You enjoy solving problems and helping customers – even when they are unhappy· You have a strong mechanical aptitude with a desire to continually learn.· You are well organized with a strong attention to detail.· You have exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person.Preferred Skills and Training· Engineering Technologist designation or HVAC/gas fitter journeyman ticket· General understanding of construction heaters· Previous experience working in the equipment rental industry· Bilingual English/French is a big bonusApplications will be received until until a suitable candidate is found.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for interview will be contacted.Job Type: PermanentBenefits:
