Your Opportunity:This position is in the main MDR at Chinook Regional Hospital.Description:As a Working Leader, you will orientate, support, and continuously coach Surgical Processors. This may include setting priorities according to shift and daily requirements within the department while ensuring policies/procedures and standards are adhered to. You will act as a formal resource to department staff and may act as a delegate for management on operational issues. As a Working Leader, you may assist the management team by providing input for yearly performance evaluations of surgical processing staff.
