Start your Travel Nursing career! We are looking for a compassionate and caring LPN with a passion for the elderly to temporarily join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/ Assisted Living Facility in Nelson, British Columbia. _ Contract: December 2023 to March 2024 with possibility of extension.Shorter term contract can be discussed!Locations: Nelson, B.C.Start Date: ASAPSchedule: ; 4 days on 4 days off. ; 4 days on 4 days off.Compensation: $45.00 per hour _ + travel allowance + accommodation _Responsibilities and duties: Performs assessments. Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents. Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures Directly supervises care staff to meet resident #39;s needs. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
