Everything we do is born out of our commitment to help people live better lives and to support the medical professionals who make it all possible.Customer Care Associate (Full Time) – Lindsay, ONMedigas is currently recruiting for a full time Customer Care Associate in Lindsay, ON.This position is responsible for the Co-ordination of telephone referrals, verification of criteria and appropriates funding in setting up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services. Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients.The successful candidate will help support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties along with helping the team to achieve a targeted sales budget.The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.You will bring with you to this position:
  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • 2 years of customer service experience with proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Computer skills
  • Commitment to safety is a must
  • Must have a proven ability to manage relationships with current and new customers as well as maintain knowledge of Homecare sales growth and development areas.
