The Ross family takes pride in providing compassionate, quality patient care.Position SummaryNutrition Services is currently looking for a Permanent Full-Time Food Production Assistant to join their team.Effective Date: April 11, 2022Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Certificate of Qualification as a Cook or an equivalent combination of two years recent experience doing large quantity food cooking and willingness to be Certified
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust recipes and follow directions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Portion Control, W.H.M.I.S.–department specific, H.A.C.C.P. (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point)
  • Must be able to fulfill physical requirements of the job, as per Physical Demands Analysis
Hours Of WorkMust be available to work a variety of shifts between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday to Sunday.
