The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the IT requirements for the Virtual Care Program (VCP). The Tech Coach will be responsible for travelling to patients’ homes and assisting with the set up and support of virtual tools for the patients/clients who will be participating in the VCP or other virtual programs. The role will also support the corresponding Healthcare Clinical Coach who facilitates virtual visits with patients/clients.
