The Assistant Managers (AM) role is to help the General Manager (GM) operate the store and learn the correct methods in doing so, with the potential of eventually becoming a General Manager. The AM is responsible for the management of the store on their opening or closing shifts. During which, the AM will ensure the store is properly prepared for the rush, employees are performing effectively, image standards are met, service is fast and friendly, and all products are produced properly and quickly.Assitant Managers are to work effectively within the store while learning the correct methods of managing a Dominos location. While "running shift" an AM is expected to quickly and effectively:Produce quality productsService customersEnsure image of store to standard (cleaning)Complete necessary paperworkEnsure cash balancesPrepare store for rushesOperate computer systemsEnsure team and customer safetyEnsure fast and friendly service is provided to all customersEnsure customer satisfactionMaintain others work performanceA uniform is provided. Assistant Managers are expected to be presentable by following Dominos personal image and grooming standards, as well as lead by example by working with smart hustle and purpose.
