Job Description

The Assistant Managers (AM) role is to help the General Manager (GM) operate the store and learn the correct methods in doing so, with the potential of eventually becoming a General Manager. The AM is responsible for the management of the store on their opening or closing shifts. During which, the AM will ensure the store is properly prepared for the rush, employees are performing effectively, image standards are met, service is fast and friendly, and all products are produced properly and quickly.Assitant Managers are to work effectively within the store while learning the correct methods of managing a Dominos location. While "running shift" an AM is expected to quickly and effectively:

  • Produce quality products
  • Service customers
  • Ensure image of store to standard (cleaning)
  • Complete necessary paperwork
  • Ensure cash balances
  • Prepare store for rushes
  • Operate computer systems
  • Ensure team and customer safety
  • Ensure fast and friendly service is provided to all customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain others work performance
A uniform is provided. Assistant Managers are expected to be presentable by following Dominos personal image and grooming standards, as well as lead by example by working with smart hustle and purpose. Dominos is an equal opportunity employer.REQUIREMENTS
  • Familiarity With MS Office

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience an asset
  • Access to a clean, insured, and reliable vehicle required
  • Valid drivers license
