Job Description

We are looking for a part-time associate dentist in our clinic located in London, ON. May need to perform some scaling/root planning on a daily basis. An associate dentist #39;s duties primarily involve:

  • Providing general dental care to patients, including diagnostics, and treatment planning.
  • Performing procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals.
  • They also educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care.
  • Additionally, they maintain accurate dental records and may supervise dental hygienists and assistants.
Qualifications:
  • To become an associate dentist, you #39;ll need a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree;
  • Along with a license to practice dentistry in the specific province or state.
  • This usually involves completing a bachelor #39;s degree in a scientific field followed by dental school.
