It’s the defining attribute that we look for in our people.What do you need to succeedRequired Skills: 8+ Years ProfilesTest Automation engineer expert in Selenium using Java/Python & API testing.6+ years of experience in Test Automation and building automation frameworks.Exposure to Automation Framework Design & Implementation.Selenium Test Environment Setup (Maven Integration, Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Cucumber and Jenkins Integration.Solid understanding of code management and version control using Git.Analyzing business requirement in order to determine the test strategy covered by automation testing.Ability to provide solution to automation testing challenges (tactical and strategic).Developing new test scripts & Maintaining existing tests scripts/regression suitesNice to have:Attending Agile ceremonies (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) on assigned projects.Co-ordinate with stakeholders for walkthrough meetings and demonstrations.Reviewing the Test Reports and Preparing Test Summary Report..Good Communication skillsOur strength is built on our ability to work together.
