  • You will be assigned to a geographical territory in Southwestern Ontario (West of Ingersoll south to Windsor and north to Tobermory) where you will be responsible for increasing Mister Safe Shoes’ market share.
  • Using a systematic and planned approach, you will fanatically prospect, show your skills at uncovering opportunities with perspective organizations that you will address with solutions offered at Mister Safety Shoes.
  • Engage with our prospects and Customers by utilizing virtual, phone, and in-person meetings based on our Mister Safety Shoes sales model.
  • Using Salesforce, you will manage your pipeline and keep updated records about the next steps, contact information, and account notes
  • You will manage all new business for 12 months, ensuring we maximize the forecasted potential before transitioning to the Customer Success team.
  • Keeping up to date with the full line of products & services and all internal policies and procedures to ensure customer success.
What you bring:
  • Post-Secondary Education -preferably in Business or related
  • Proven Business Development skills demonstrating a comfort level and effectiveness in prospecting & building relationships with multiple contacts within an organization.
  • Ability to understand prospect and customer needs to ensure appropriate Mister safety Shoe solutions are presented.
  • Self-starter with strong time management & organizational skills. A demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to effectively and consistently meet your monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills that are required to handle both internal and external communications with tact and diplomacy
