Job Description

About usWe are a professional contracting company with the goal of providing premium home renovation services at affordable rates. These services include flooring, drywall, painting, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, electrical, plumbing, and home additions. We service much of Southeastern Ontario including GTA, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Guelph, and London.Golden Kingdom Contracting is looking for a construction project manager with at least 3+ years experience leading and managing a team in:

  • Flooring installation and removal (vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tiles)
  • Drywall installation + Mud/Tape
  • Painting
  • Bathroom renovations (shower installs, toilet installs, plumbing)
  • Kitchen renovations (countertop, cabinet and island installs)
  • Electrical (potlight installs, electrical setup)
  • Home additions (framing, insulation)
Responsibilities will include:
  • Consulting and estimating projects
  • Understanding labour and work associated with projects
  • Leading, managing, and delegating work to a team of contractors
  • Working alongside contractors to finish projects
  • Managing equipment
  • Transporting materials to project sites
  • Speaking with clients about project
Applicants MUST have professional experience in at least two of the services, with advanced knowledge in the work, equipment, and general labour needed to complete each project. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING POSITION - PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.Applicants must be ready to show examples of previous work along with references.This job does require you to have your own vehicle as you will be transporting yourself to and from the worksite.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $28.00-$35.00 per hourBenefits:
