Job Description

Our retail stores are a golfer’s paradise.DOM associates will be focused on eComm and Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) order fulfillment at store level to ensure all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.If you dream of a year-round career in golf and improving our customers’ game, show us your drive. Preference will be given to candidates who know the easiest way to fix a slice is to call it a fade.Description of Job Responsibilities:1. DOM Duties: Picking, Processing, and Packaging Orders

  • Attention to detail
  • Process “ship from store” and BOPIS orders
  • Pick the correct product by sku
  • Package orders based on guidelines
2. Restocking/Merchandising: Maintaining organization of the receiving department and restocking the sales floor.
  • Be familiar with golf related products
  • Have an understanding of the merchandise on the sales floor as well as in the backroom
  • Be willing to learn new product information as needed
  • Communicate any product stock-outs to store management.

3. Inventory Management: Including packaging, cleaning, and PPE supplies.
  • Communicate inventory integrity issues to store management.
  • Participate in process improvements
  • Manage packaging, cleaning, and PPE supplies
4. Health & Safety Focused: Daily checklist, cleaning, sanitization
  • Complete Health and Safety Checklist
  • Assist with facility cleaning and sanitizing
  • Follow health and safety protocols
5. Customer Service
  • Demonstrate the ability to listen to and solve customer issues.
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Passion for the game of golf and customer service
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES:
  • A high school education and computer literacy skills is preferred.
  • 0 - 2 Years relevant retail sales experience considered an asset
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
  • Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships
