Job Description

Position DescriptionFit4LessIT SYSTEMS ANALYSTWhat is an IT Systems AnalystThe Fit4Less IT Systems Analyst position is critical to not only maintaining smooth operations of the company’s network and business applications but also in planning continuous improvement of those systems. High sensitivity to business needs, customer service, and communication skills are critical to this role. Systems Analysts are expected to aid in long term planning.What will you be doing

  • Required to install, configure, and manage systems and applications across the company
  • Act as a Configuration & Information Management subject matter expert supporting the club management software
  • Work on innovative ways to streamline deployment of IT systems
  • Assist in Technology Infrastructure, business applications and database administrative functions and to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices and to meet corporate objectives
  • Develop plans, processes, and procedures as required in support of application program requirements
  • Works closely with the Director of Technology to develop and deploy member facing IT services
  • Work with third party vendors to ensure timely resolutions to problems and to assist with projects
  • Responsible to visit club locations to evaluate and determine project and business needs, effectiveness, and health of IT initiatives
Do you have what it takes
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science
  • Certifications in PC hardware support, network troubleshooting is an asset
  • 5+ years of proven success in configuring and supporting critical business applications
  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt new technologies
  • A clear understanding of subnetting, VLANs, routing/switching and wireless
  • Experience with VMware, virtual, and cloud infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience utilizing and deploying enterprise systems
  • Microsoft 365 experience (SharePoint, Exchange, Azure
  • Can perform cost-value analysis and data modeling
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, peers and work partners
  • Experienced in the administration and maintenance of complex hardware and software networks incorporating technologies from Microsoft, Apple, and unix operation systems
