We pack out product, set to plan-o-gram, report out-of-stock, place shelf tags, conduct resets and install new fixtures. We build relationships with Retail Management and provide customer’s shopping guidance of our product lines we merchandise.Responsibilities:Complete all assigned projects within designated territoryParticipate in weekly conference callsComplete all call report questions and take pictures with your smartphone or tabletBuild and develop strong relationships/partnerships with retail store management at each accountComplete all types of merchandising activitiesInstalls (set and build)Resets (read and understand Plan-o-grams)New item Cut-insSignage PlacementConduct out-of-stock reports, inventories and process returnsAuditsCover stores outside of designated territory on as needed basis and/or vacation coverageAbility to use web portal reporting systems from wireless tablet/phoneQualifications:Merchandising and/or retail experience.Hours can vary during peak times of year between 25-30 hours a weekAble to travel 50-80 kilometers radius around home marketExperience with computers, smart phones, iPads, etc.Must own home computer and have internet accessExcellent communication skillsAbility to be flexible and work in fast-pace environmentStrong work ethic, be pro-active and ability to overcome obstaclesIf driving, must have valid license, insurance and excellent driving recordSuccessful completion of driving record and criminal background checksPhysical DemandsBending, squatting, extending arms upward and downward, standing for long periods at a timeLifting and/or transporting boxes up to 12 kg.Ability to move fixtures on wheelsRead and understand directions and instructions on iPads or smartphones

• $200 Gift Card Sign-On Bonus program effective for all new hires who sign offer letters on 5/24/2021 or later. Bonus paid after 90 days of active employment. Bonus will be paid as soon as administratively possible following 90th day.
