We are a team of enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the customers we serve.Job DescriptionAs a member of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Team, the IT Systems Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining and monitoring Emco’s technology infrastructure networks, systems and services including network equipment, on-premises servers, virtual machines and cloud systems. In addition, the IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for upholding IT operations best practices. The IT Systems Administrator will contribute to IT operations continual improvement efforts focused on maturing operational standards and best practices for Emco.The Emco IT Operations team provides 24x7x365 support and therefore candidates must be able to participate in an outside of business hour on call rotation.This is a contract position. Candidates working from remote locations in the Eastern time zone will be considered. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.Key Responsibilities
