The Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst I (1 Year Contract) for our Canada Headquarters located in London, Ontario.This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Sales Management team and their associated teams. We believe in empowering people to experience the outdoors to the fullest.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEAct as the primary sales contact for the administration and implementation of sales support tools which includes Columbia Connect, Salesforce, and our SharePoint sites.Being responsible for the creation and maintenance of all MAP policies for the region, Online Retail Agreement tracking and monitoring of Unauthorized Online Sellers.Provide reports to Sales Management team as requested, including, historical seasonal sales $’s, prepping sell thru dashboards, initiative trackers, and daily tracking of sales $’s at sales order deadlines.Fulfilling ad-hoc daily reporting requirements.Provide updates to the Canadian Management team on the latest tools and their effectiveness.Act as the primary point of contact for support and training of sales reps on the latest tools.YOU AREProficient at maintaining positive open lines of communication with all Columbia Sportswear management, staff, and other departments to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization.Able to follow established department practices and procedures while being able to adjust them to accommodate accounts’ needs and requests in a timely manner.Experienced with problem solving and trouble shooting as interactions with contacts inside and outside of the organization may involve information exchanges of a somewhat technical and complex nature.Capable of working effectively under deadline pressure and adjusting to a constantly changing work environment.YOU HAVEPost-secondary education or equivalent experience2-3 years experience in a business environment, preferably with sales tool experienceAdvanced excel skills (required)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA strong attention to detailThe ability to sit for an extended period, bend, stoop, kneel, and operate computer hardware/software including keyboard, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbsThe ability to travel from time to time, inside and outside of CanadaColumbia Sportswear Company and our portfolio of brands, including Columbia, SOREL, Mountain Hardwear and prAna, know a thing or two about adventures.
