Motivated by the highest possible stakes of climate change and global health, we’re working together within a rapidly digitizing industry to find innovative technologies that guarantee the safety of our water and our environment.About the roleThe SCM (Supply Chain Management) Planner on our team will work onsite creating and executing the day-to-day production schedule while maintaining a flow of work and materials for production. This is an individual contributor position. You will work closely with the Director of Manufacturing Operations to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding the requirements of sales orders, while meeting our strategic objectives regarding customer satisfaction, productivity, lead times, and revenue. If you are highly self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving, apply today!Day-to-dayEstablish capacity levels for each cell within production and report on both cell and overall plant loading versus capacityDetermine and carry out daily production plan by scheduling production, assigning resources and ensuring required material is on handProvide and ensure accurate material control and identification of materials. (ex. cycle counting program, investigate & reconcile inventory discrepancies, warehouse transfer processes)Assist in the maintenance of Kanban processesReview PSI and Raw material requirementsExecute LN transactions (our ERP system)Execute OTD (On Time Delivery) and Past Due analysis dailyPlan Finished Goods stock levels and maintenance of daily Hot ListRegular Involvement in coordinating Production throughout the Engineering change process (EN’s)Establish and maintain daily production schedules with the Capacity ToolMonitor and update of daily planning performance metricsExpedite materials with Purchasing to meet Production objectivesComplete and post the daily Revenue Report (in a backup capacity)Am I qualified2 – 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and/or related discipline with a demonstrated understanding of production operations and schedules requiredProven knowledge of Microsoft office (particularly EXCEL) and experience with BAAN LN or other mainframe based information systems including SAPStrong ability to work and analyze data quickly and accurately while paying attention to detailApply today and our Water Quality recruiter will be in touch with you if we see a potential match!
