The successful candidate will be responsible for the shipping and receiving of parts daily orders from Ford Motor Company. Perfrom inventory on-hand checks and corrections. Correct negative on hands, track core charges and follow up for returns . You will be responsible to explain the benefits of OEM parts and interact with retail, whoelsale and internal customers. You will be responsible for providing tracking documentation on all parts and be integral in performing quarterly returns and annual physical inventory checks.Previous customer service experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in computer skillsFlexible with work hours and occasional saturday shiftsHighly organized with an ability to learn new skills quicklyFord and Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $18.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
